Hi friends👋, i’ve got an amazing one for you, especially for those mashed potato and chicken lovers.
One chicken 1/4 [Leg and thigh]
2 teaspoons of green seasoning (Blended pimento, garlic, Chives and shado beni)
Teriyaki sauce
Spices
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of all paper seasoning
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/4 teaspoon of chilli
1/4 teaspoon of ginger powder
Recipe [potatoes]
Three potatoes
Coconut milk
Evaporated milk
Margarine or butter
Spices
Salt
Chili flames
Black pepper
All-purpose seasoning
Instructions
Chicken: Wash and prep chicken for seasoning. Season chicken in a bowl with green seasoning, salt, paprika, all seasoning, chilli and ginger powder and let marinade for 30 minutes or more in a Refrigerator. preheat oven to 350° and Bake the chicken for approximately 25 minutes within 10 minutes of Baking remove from the oven and pour teriyaki sauce on the chicken and continue baking for the next 15 minutes. When the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and chop it into four parts.
Potatoes: Peel, potatoes and place in Boiling water with a dash of salt and let cook until soft. when fully cooked, strain the water out of the potatoes, and place into a mixing bowl. Add salt, chilli flakes, black pepper, all seasoning and coconut milk evaporated milk and margarine. Stir and mash until well combined.
On a Serving dish, spread some teriyaki sauce at the bottom and plate mashed potatoes and chicken and serve.
